Letting Terms and Cost
We offer straight-forward letting terms and cost to all our clients.Our Standard Lettings & Property Management Fees For Landlords:
Letting Only: 10% [One off fee for rent]
Fee includes:
Prepare and advise about your property to let, find a suitable tenant, negotiate the terms and
conditions, advertise the property accordingly, arrange the viewing of the property, manage the
end of tenancy and deposit returns.

Inventory Check-in: | £120 |

Quarterly Inspection (every 3 months): | £80 |
Credit reference check-Basic (Each applicant): | £10 |
Credit check for Guarantor - Basic (Each applicant): | £10 |
Credit reference check - Full (Each applicant): | £40 |
Credit check for Guarantor - Full (Each applicant): | £40 |
To Serve Notice of Section 21 (Excluding Court fee & other charges): | £100 |
Property Licensing Application Handling (Excluding Council Fee): | £150 |
Lettings & Property Management: | 12% /monthly |
Fee Includes:
Drafting of tenancy agreement; compiling and submitting reference reports; ensuring all paperwork is complete and in place prior to the start of the tenancy; dealing with day-to-day
management and repairs and maintenance issues; registering the deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS); inventory check-in; quarterly inspection and manage the end of tenancy check-out and deposit return.
NB: KINDLY NOTE THAT WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY FEES TO TENANTS, THESE FEES ARE SOLELY FOR LANDLORDS.
